All services provided by The Home Health Consultant are subject to a written Service Agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, and any other specific terms. Both parties must sign this agreement prior to the commencement of any consulting services.
Any additions or changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be requested in writing and may result in additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information and documentation necessary for our compliance consulting services.
Clients are responsible for implementing our recommendations and for maintaining ongoing compliance with all relevant regulations after consulting engagements conclude.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees for consulting services are specified in the Service Agreement. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, due dates, and any late fees, are also outlined in the Service Agreement.
Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to meet payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.
5. Confidentiality
The Home Health Consultant is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any client information without written consent, except as required by law.
Clients are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by The Home Health Consultant during the course of our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All reports, templates, tools, and other materials provided by The Home Health Consultant during consulting engagements are the intellectual property of The Home Health Consultant.
Clients may use these materials internally as agreed but may not distribute, modify, or repurpose them for any other purpose without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Home Health Consultant strives to provide high-quality consulting services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our role is advisory, and the ultimate responsibility for compliance and business outcomes rests with the client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Home Health Consultant shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice as outlined in the agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations.
In the event of termination, any fees for services rendered up to the termination date are non-refundable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California USA. Any disputes arising out of these terms or the Service Agreement shall be resolved in Los Angeles county courts.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Home Health Consultant reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying clients directly.
