HR Coordinator

As part of the HR team at The Home Health Consultant, I help our clients organize and maintain their staff’s HR files so they can feel confident and prepared when it’s time for a survey. I especially enjoy helping clients navigate the details of accurately maintaining their files and making sure they are always survey ready.

At the heart of what I do is a genuine desire to help people. I enjoy working with our clients, answering questions, and helping them understand the importance of keeping their HR documentation complete, and up to date. My previous experience in administration and finance has given me a strong foundation in organization, and accuracy.

I earned my degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. My background in psychology taught me the value of careful observation, paying attention to even the smallest details, a skill that I rely on every day when reviewing and completing HR files.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and reading. My son plays multiple sports, so you’ll often find me cheering him on at a sporting event. And a fun fact about me: I know how to play the violin! It’s been a few years since I’ve practiced, but I can still read music and play some of the songs I learned.
