Compliance Coordinator

Hi! I’m Mariam Gasparyan, and I help make sure our Admin Compliance clients feel fully supported. My goal is to create a smooth, stress-free experience. As an Admin Compliance Coordinator, I focus on keeping agencies survey-ready at all times, so they can stay compliant and deliver great patient care without last-minute stress.

Before this, I worked in marketing, social media management, and at an immigration consulting firm helping with visa applications. Those roles taught me how to stay organized, handle details carefully, and support people through complex processes—skills I use every day at THHC.

I love our supportive team and knowing our work truly helps people. Outside of work, I love to travel with friends and family, and I'm always up for an adventure.
