Hi, I’m Nadia Aganova, Survey Liaison here at The Home Health Consultant. I help our clients and internal teams get ready for survey by reviewing clinical documentation and ensuring chart accuracy every step of the way.

With 15 years of experience in home health care and a sharp eye for detail from my background in editing, I bring a thoughtful, thorough approach to survey prep. I love giving clients peace of mind, knowing their agency is on the right track and ready for what’s next.

Outside of work, you’ll find me immersed in music, hiking trails, or the pages of Shakespeare (yes, I know the Bard pretty well!). I also hold a degree in English and a license in esthetics—because attention to detail isn’t just for charts.
