Survey Liaison

As a Survey Liaison at The Home Health Consultant, I make sure everything is clear, compliant, and ready for success. 

I love supporting agencies in the clinical side of their documentation. My background is in nursing, I practiced as a nurse in Armenia and am currently having my credentials evaluated here. I also bring more than seven years of experience in intake and QA, which has shaped me into an expert in reviewing clinicals.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking, traveling, and organizing events for friends and family. I love challenging myself with personal “mini competitions,” whether that’s walking a certain number of miles or fasting for a few days, just to see if I can.
